Garden Apartment

A renovation of two-level garden apartment in a townhouse in Cobble Hill Brooklyn.  In addition to design work, the architect acted as general contractor procuring most of the building products used on the job.  All doors and trim were replaced, lighting integrated and heating elements replaced.  Casework was strategically added for additional storage.  The cellar space was challenged with exposed piping and electrical conduit.  As part of the renovation, all electrical services were recessed and lighting added.  Millwork is strategically placed for storage and a ceiling lattice added to cover the piping.
